Yes, entirely. When you publish a business-transfer listing, your company name and contact details are never publicly visible. Only buyers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement (digital NDA) receive the full file, after your approval.

When a buyer wants detailed information about your business, they sign a confidentiality commitment online. You receive the request and accept or decline based on their profile. If you accept, the buyer receives the full file (revenue, staff, accounts...). Everything is secure and time-stamped.

Absolutely. You can designate a trustee, accountant, lawyer or business-transfer firm as the official contact. They will be listed as "Via intermediary" on the listing and will receive requests on your behalf.
