About pricing
Can I change plans at any time? ▼
Yes, at any time from your account. When upgrading to a higher plan, the difference is calculated pro-rata. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
Are the plans on a fixed-term commitment? ▼
No. Pro and Pro+ plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans (–20%) come with a preferential rate but can also be cancelled (no refund for the period already used). Enterprise is tailored to your needs.
How does listing promotion work? ▼
Listings on Pro plans and above are ranked higher in results thanks to a visibility score (Pro seller badge, boosts included). À la carte options (Boost, Top listing, Featured) activate within seconds of payment. The "Sponsored" label is displayed in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act.
Why is there no commission on sales? ▼
Our model relies solely on subscriptions and visibility options. You keep 100% of the sale price, unlike consumer marketplaces that take 5 to 15% on every transaction.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact in Belgium), SEPA transfer, and SEPA direct debit for yearly plans. All invoices comply with intra-EU VAT (BE/FR/LU/NL) and can be downloaded from your account.
Is there a trial period? ▼
The Free plan lets you use the platform with no time limit and no credit card. Paid subscriptions have no fixed term: you can cancel at any time from your account.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription? ▼
Your active listings remain visible with no time limit. Your account automatically switches to Free, and you keep access to your history, favourites and messaging.
